Windows Will Not Install Usb Controller Driver Windows 7

I have an Nvidia nForce 430 motherboard that I installed this driver for (to get the download link to work, remove 'url=' and everything that comes before it), and everything works except the USB Controller, which still has a yellow question mark next to it in Device Manager. I'd read before installing Windows XP that you need to update your fresh install to SP3 before it will recognize and use USB 2.0 drivers, then install the motherboard drivers, or else the USB ports won't work. I did that, installed all the drivers, and the USB is still using Windows XP's default generic driver as it came off the disc, which only supports USB 1.1 and doesn't play nice with USB WiFi adapters, which didn't really exist in 2001.
I checked the USB controller's PCI ID in device manager, looked it up, and got pointed to this, which seems to indicate that I've installed the correct motherboard driver. How can I get this thing to work? If all else fails and working USB drivers for this old board got taken off the internet forever years ago, is there some sort of universal USB driver I can use, like Vuescan but for USB (and preferably free)?
EDIT: I got my wifi working reliably by using a PCI internal wireless capable network card, but I'd still like to be able to use USB 2.0 if its at all possible.
